Just checked Amazon.com and it is no longer a pre-order item, it's out in the world (only 3 left in stock!).

    I got two copies in the mail yesterday and expect 50 more soon. Interesting note: All three shipments of books so far (two to Illinois and one to here) have been split wide open on arrival. You'd think a book publisher would know how to pack books for shipping.

    Oh, and moving off of pre-order status at Amazon doesn't mean that your book has been released yet. Next week.
